    With LOA Solutions, we will make sure that the leave requests of your employees are taken care of.  

    Our work requires attention to details. There is no room for guessing. Therefore, all information provided to us to determine an employee's eligibility means that efficient communication with your HR coordinator is imperative. Calculations of usages, balances, and important dates all need careful attention. Reviewing doctor's notes and other PHI information is a big deal.  Our company is HIPAA certified. We take sensitive information seriously.


    We process block leaves and intermittent leaves. We can help you monitor document due dates and keep track of FMLA/CFRA usages.  We provide detailed information for your case notes. Last but not the least, we will take care of the communication letters for your managers and employees.

    Flexible Services

    As an External Business Partner, we understand that every business is unique and has different needs. We offer flexible services - "per case" basis or package deals. We can partner with you, if our workload permits. Also, because FMLA & CFRA are time-sensitive, we need to determine the workload & type of work that the client will require. Partnerships are prioritized.

     Company classification – FMLA covered? Generally, private employers with at least 50 employees are covered by the law. Private employers with fewer than 50 employees are not covered by the FMLA but may be covered by state family and medical leave laws (CFRA for California).


      Government agencies (including local, state and federal employers) and elementary and secondary schools are covered by the FMLA, regardless of the number of employees.
